Cookies and your choices
Last updated: 15 October 2026. This policy covers cookies and similar browser storage used on beyondcracow.com, operated by Beyond Cracow Julia Marszałkowska, ul. Podhalan 11, 34-730 Mszana Dolna, Poland. Contact: office@beyondcracow.com.
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Some are needed to provide a service you request, such as a booking, secure payment or account login. Optional measurement is disabled until you actively consent. Scrolling, browsing or leaving the banner open does not count as consent.
Change or withdraw your consent
You can accept all cookies, reject all optional cookies, or choose individual categories. Necessary cookies are always active. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent you from booking or contacting us.
The switches below save changes immediately. The “Change cookie settings” button opens the banner, where you can review all categories and save your preferences.
Your acceptance or refusal is remembered on this browser for 180 days. We may ask again if the purposes change. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer of any page. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or using another device requires a new choice. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected.
1. Necessary cookies
These support booking sessions, the cart, account authentication, secure payments, spam protection and your consent choices. They are used to provide the functions you request, rather than to measure advertising. Blocking them in your browser may prevent those functions from working.
Protected forms use Google reCAPTCHA through the dedicated recaptcha.net domain. Google processes technical signals, including network and browser information and interactions with the security check, to detect automated abuse. Beyond Cracow is the controller and Google processes reCAPTCHA Customer Data to provide and secure the service. See Google’s reCAPTCHA data-processing information. You do not need to accept analytics or marketing to complete this security check. If you cannot use it, contact us by email.
If you choose PayPal during checkout, PayPal may use its own cookies and browser storage for the requested payment, fraud prevention and authentication. Their names and expiry depend on the payment flow and your PayPal session. See PayPal’s cookie information. The security and payment functions are separate from our optional referral measurement.
2. Analytics — optional
This category allows Google Analytics to measure visits, pages viewed and website interactions so we can improve the site. It is off by default. When configured, the Google tag loads only after consent, starting with the next page load. Analytics may process browser and device information and a pseudonymous visitor identifier. The _ga and _ga_* cookies can last up to 2 years; withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes these cookies from our domain.
Google Analytics is not currently connected. This category is prepared for optional analytics; accepting it does not activate an unconfigured service.
3. Marketing and referral measurement — optional
WooCommerce can measure which referral or campaign led to a booking. This uses first-party sbjs_* cookies to record information such as the referring page, campaign parameters, visit count and session identifier. It starts only if you allow “Marketing & referrals”. Most of these cookies last for the browser session; sbjs_session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Withdrawing consent stops the measurement and removes its cookies. No advertising pixels are currently enabled.
4. Other services and browser controls
Fonts and tour images are hosted on this website. Currency rates are retrieved by our server; viewing the converter does not require a tracking cookie. Email and WhatsApp contact links open only when you click them. Services you then visit apply their own privacy and cookie policies.
You can also inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Our settings control future use on this website; withdrawing consent does not undo processing that took place before withdrawal. Cookies already stored on a third-party domain must be removed through your browser or that provider’s controls.
